Do I need to give you dashboard access?

For an initial review, masked dispute notices, order details, and related materials are enough. Dashboard access is not required.

Can you work with Chinese materials?

Yes. We can help turn operational context into a clearer representment response.

Is this useful for disputes that were already submitted?

If the case is still within the evidence supplement window, we can still review it. If it has already received a final decision, it is mainly useful for review and future prevention.
